How to care for your jewellery

When it comes to care, less is more. Our pieces are made to be worn every day: put them on in the morning and take them off whenever you like.

What you can do

• Showers, sweat, the gym, the sea: yes.
• Perfume, deodorant, sunscreen and moisturiser: yes. Just let them dry for a moment before you put your jewellery on.
• Sleeping in your jewellery: yes, if it’s comfortable.
• Wet hands, washing up: yes, ideally without harsh detergents.

Best avoided

• Bleach and harsh detergents: when you clean the house, take your jewellery off or wear gloves.
• Solvents and acetone (nail polish remover, for example) in contact for a long time.
• Swimming pools: chlorine is harsh. To make your jewellery last longer, take it off.
• Knocks and crushing: in a bag with heavy things, pieces can bend out of shape.

How to clean them (when you feel like it)

1. Warm water and mild soap, 30 seconds.
2. Rinse well.
3. Dry with a soft cloth (not paper, which scratches).

You don’t need polishing products, silver cloths, toothpaste or bicarbonate of soda: soap and water are all you need.

How to store them

One per compartment, or each in its own pouch: piled up in the same pouch, they can scratch each other.
